“Becoming Still in Motion”

I used to think peace meant stillness - now I know it’s something deeper. Peace isn’t standing still. It’s moving with purpose while remaining unmoved inside.

The road tests that. When fatigue sets in, when doubt creeps in, I return to breath. Motion continues, but the mind stays quiet.

This is the balance I was searching for: a warrior’s body, a monk’s mind. Still in motion. Unshaken in pursuit.
