Shipping Policy

At LO$T CURRENCY, every piece is crafted on demand - your order is created the moment you commit to it. This means you’re not buying mass produced clothing… you’re claiming an artifact.

Processing & Fulfillment

  • All items are made to order through our production partner.

  • Standard fulfillment time: 2-7 business days before shipping.

  • You’ll receive a tracking email once your order ships.

Shipping Times (after fulfillment)

  • U.S Orders: 3-7 business days

  • EU Orders: 5-10 business days

  • International Orders: 7-15 business days (varies by country)

Please note that these are estimates. Delays may occur due to customs, seasonal demand, or global shipping disruptions.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destinations and product weight.

Order Splits

If you order multiple items, they may ship separately depending on stock location and availability.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • International customers (outside the U.S & EU) are responsible for customs duties, VAT, or import fees wwhere applicable.

  • These are not included in our prices and vary by country.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your order leaves our warehouse, the carrier is responsible for delivery.

  • If your package is marked “delivered” but you didn’t receive it, check with your local carrier first.

  • If it’s lost in transit, email us at thelostcitycommunity@gmail.com and we’ll work with Printful to investigate.

EU Customers

In accordance with EU consumer law, you are entitled to a 14-day right of withdrawal (see our Refund & Returns Policy). Shipping fees are non-refundable.
