Refund & Return Policy

LO$T CURRENCY is more than clothing, it’s identity. However we know sometimes things don’t fit, or orders don’t arrive as expected. Here’s how we handle it:

EU Customers - Right of Withdrawal: Residents of the European Union have the legal right to cancel or return an order within 14 days of receiving it, no questions asked.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

• Refunds are processed back to your original payment method once the item is received.

U.S & International Customers - Orders outside the EU:

• You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery if your item arrivesdefective, damaged, or incorrect

• Because each piece is made-to-order, we do not accept returns for wrong size, change of mind, or buyer’s remorse. Please double check sizing charts before ordering.

How to Start a Return

• Email us at thelostcitycommunity@gmail.com with your order number and photos (if defective/damaged)

• We’ll confirm next steps and provide return instructions if eligible.

• Once received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.

Non- Returnable Items

• Worn, washed, or altered pieces

Additional Notes

• Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless item is defective).

• If your package is lost in transit, reach out and we’ll work with Printful to resolve it.
