They want to be seen as humble, as wise, as righteous. Not because they are - but because they crave the approval that comes with the image.
True humility is not performance. It is the willingness to ask questions, to be wrong, to challenge someone you love without pride poisoning the moment.
Itachi once said “ A perfect being does not exist in this world.” Yet now, people chase perfection as if it were real. They cling to being right, even when it blinds them. Some listen to understand, others listen only to reload.
Everyday, you choose which one you will be. Arrogance is not a life sentence. However the blade of choice is always in your hand
